CastlePath Advisory was built from my own experience helping small businesses make sense of the federal contracting world.
Over the years, I have seen how overwhelming the process can feel for business owners. There are registrations, certifications, capability statements, opportunity searches, and so much more. Many companies are capable of doing federal work, but they do not always know how to position themselves, where to start, or what steps actually matter.
That is why I created CastlePath Advisory.
My goal is to help business owners slow the process down, understand where they fit, and build a practical path forward.
I bring a blend of military, corporate, and small business experience to this work. I served for more than 12 years in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Officer, where I learned the importance of structure, planning, accountability, and mission-focused execution. I also served overseas as a project engineer, supporting government projects and contract environments where clear communication, disciplined coordination, and attention to detail mattered every day.
In the corporate sector, I worked across technology, analytics, program governance, and operational portfolios in industries such as banking, healthcare, fintech, and federal/government operations. Those experiences taught me how to align teams, manage complexity, build trust with stakeholders, and turn strategic goals into executable plans.
Through my work and related federal contracting efforts, I have also supported small business readiness, federal positioning, capability development, proposal preparation, and pursuit strategy. That hands-on experience shaped the way CastlePath was created: practical, straightforward, and built for business owners who want clarity before they chase opportunities.
The CastlePath name is intentional. The castle reflects my Army Engineer background and the importance of building strong foundations. The path represents the journey from registration to readiness to pursuit. The star reflects service, integrity, and mission focus.
