CastlePath Advisory is operated by Woo Consulting Group LLC d/b/a CastlePath Advisory (“CastlePath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). CastlePath Advisory provides professional consulting, advisory, research, strategy, readiness, and proposal-support services. Because our services involve customized work, dedicated time, preparation, analysis, and client-specific deliverables, our refund policy is structured to protect both the client and CastlePath Advisory.
CastlePath Advisory does not sell physical products through this website. Because our services are advisory and service-based, traditional product returns do not apply.
CastlePath Advisory services may include federal readiness assessments, discovery packages, certification and capability positioning, opportunity research, capture support, proposal compliance support, monthly advisory retainers, templates, reports, strategy calls, client-specific research, and custom deliverables.
Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because CastlePath has already committed professional time, resources, research, preparation, and advisory support to the engagement.
If a client cancels an engagement before work has started, CastlePath Advisory may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund less any payment processing fees, administrative costs, scheduling time, document review, preparation, or other work already performed.
Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation and whether CastlePath has begun preparing for or performing the service.
Fees paid for completed work, scheduled consulting time, discovery calls, research, analysis, report preparation, capability statement development, proposal support, opportunity review, certification-readiness support, or other custom deliverables are non-refundable.
If a client cancels after work has begun but before the full engagement is completed, CastlePath Advisory may review whether any unearned portion of the fee remains. Any refund, credit, or adjustment will be determined in good faith based on the scope of work, time incurred, deliverables prepared, and services completed through the cancellation date.
Monthly advisory retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Retainer fees reserve CastlePath Advisory’s availability, advisory support, planning time, and client service capacity for that billing period. Unused time, missed meetings, delayed client responses, or unused support during a billing period do not automatically roll over or qualify for a refund unless specifically agreed in writing.
Clients may cancel future monthly retainer services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.
CastlePath Advisory does not guarantee federal contract awards, certification approvals, agency decisions, proposal selections, teaming agreements, subcontract awards, revenue outcomes, or specific business results.
Refunds will not be issued because a client does not receive a contract award, certification approval, agency response, proposal selection, business opportunity, revenue result, or other outcome outside CastlePath Advisory’s control.
CastlePath Advisory fees are based on professional time, advisory services, research, preparation, strategy, and agreed deliverables — not guaranteed outcomes.
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, complete, and truthful information needed for CastlePath Advisory to perform the requested services.
Client delays, missed meetings, incomplete information, failure to provide requested documents, changes in business direction, missed government deadlines, loss of portal access, or a decision not to proceed with an opportunity do not automatically qualify for a refund.
In limited circumstances, CastlePath Advisory may offer a service credit, revised timeline, adjusted scope, or other resolution instead of a refund. Any credit or adjustment is offered solely at CastlePath Advisory’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
The request should include:
CastlePath Advisory will review refund requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Clients agree to contact CastlePath Advisory directly at james@castlepathadvisory.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed for services that were authorized, performed, scheduled, or delivered, CastlePath Advisory reserves the right to provide documentation of the engagement, scope of work, communications, deliverables, invoices, and this policy to the payment processor or financial institution.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or client service agreement contains refund, cancellation, payment, or termination terms that differ from this website policy, the signed agreement will control for that specific engagement.
